Lean Change Management (15 Minutes on Air)

Traditional publishing is passé.

Self-publishing is ugly.

What about co-publishing?

Jason Little's book Lean Change Management is the first to be published by Happy Melly Express. In this 2nd episode of 15 Minutes on Air I discuss with Jason the topic of his book, the target audience, and how we can help him make it a success.

Do you dislike the practices of traditional publishing industry?

Are you tired of the bad quality of self-published books?

Support Happy Melly Express! Help us prove there's a third and better way. The freedom of self-publishing with the quality of traditional publishing.

Is this book you are talking about really worth reading? I’ve read a lot of literature on the topic, and it wasn’t very helpful. By the way, about self-publishing, you may want to listen to this interview

I can’t tell yet, because the book is being written at this time. 🙂

The guy that (as far as I know) actually came up with the Lean Change approach, Jeff Anderson, already has an ebook out: https://leanpub.com/leanchangemethod
Not sure if it is the same “Lean Change” or another one though. Did Jason Little work with Jeff in coming up with the approach?

Yes, Jason worked with Jeff. But for details you should ask Jason. 🙂
