This is the video of the talk I did at the Agile Eastern Europe conference in Kiev, a few months ago. The talk is called "So Now You’re an Agilist, What’s Next?", in which I talk about complex systems and "laws" for software development. (I performed the same talk at several other conferences.)

Note: I have already a couple of conferences planned for 2010: the Scandinavian Developer Conference (March), Norwegian Developers Conference (June), and Agile Eastern Europe conference (October) are among them.
