Many of you already know I'm trying to write a book. It's going to be a book about managing teams, and managing organizations that are doing many, many projects, both large and small.
Today I'm proud to give you the very first preview of the book, and what my management approach is going to look like. Granted, it's not much yet. And the result isn't pretty-looking. But I'm working on that. And progress is so good I feel the force is with me.
But despite the questionable looks, I am sure this preview is able to convey the basic premise of the book. It gives you an idea of how to manage an universe full of stakeholders, how to do large-scale change management, and how to deal with disagreement.
