2 Presentations on Competence and Leadership

I have just finished two new presentations. The first one is about competence and how to grow it in your organization and development teams. The second one is about leadership and the three responsibilities of development managers and team leaders.

I will be using both presentations this Thursday (June 17, 2010) at the Norwegian Developers Conference 2010. It's going to be the first time I'm doing two new talks on the same day.
