Update 6 May 2013: There is a new design available for the Delegation Poker cards.…
The last couple of months I’ve been giving courses throughout Europe and the results are encouraging. The latest ratings came from Kiev, Ukraine (8,7 out of 10), Copenhagen, Denmark (8,2) and Vilnius, Lithuania (8,0). What’s also very positive is the fact that there haven’t been any cancellations of courses recently and that the average number of students in each course is going up. (There were 20 people in the course in Stockholm, Sweden that I just finished yesterday.)
Right now there’s only one thing I could wish for, and that’s doing some more courses outside of Europe. Of course, there has recently been the one I gave in Sao Paulo, Brazil (score 9,3 out of 10), but it was an exception. That’s why I’m planning a small ‘World Tour’ and for that I need your help.
I would like some people to plan a few Management 3.0 courses with me, taking the following schedule in mind:
12+13 January somewhere in Canada (not 100% sure about this)
13+14 February somewhere in China
23+24 February also somewhere in China
9 to 27 April somewhere in Australia or India
7 to 18 May somewhere in South America
28 May to 1 June somewhere in Canada (not 100% sure about availability)
Note: I’m already scheduling courses in the USA on 9+10 January and 22+23 May. You can check the calendar for other scheduled courses.
If you have other dates/countries to propose, let me know so I can check my availability.
You will enjoy a course that is continually being tweaked and improved. My team and I are adding new games regularly and some are even on their way to become quite popular. Try some of the exercises yourself, you can download Delegation Poker, and Meddlers and on the site you’ll find how to use the Feedback Door. Recently I came by this blog post in which Yves Ferland explains his experiences with the game Moving Motivators. Talking of motivation, reports like this really keep me going! 🙂
