New Name for My Course

Maybe I shouldn’t bother you with this. But I cannot seem to make up my mind, and I could really use a bit of help.

I have received a few suggestions to rename my Agile Management course. And it would be great to have your input on this. The current suggestions are:

• “Get rid of the Agile name because it is getting old and some don't like it anymore.”
• “Add the Lean name because the course applies to both Agile and Lean practitioners.”
• “Refer to the name of the book Management 3.0 because people recognize it.”
• “Change management to leadership because then it will appeal to ScrumMasters and ProductOwners.”

This results in several suggestions for the name of the course:

• Agile Management
• Agile Leadership
• Agile Management & Leadership
• Management 3.0
• Leadership 3.0
• Management & Leadership 3.0
• Agile/Lean Management
• Agile/Lean Leadership
• Agile/Lean Management & Leadership

The title of the course should appeal to anyone interested in the role of development managers and team leaders, and to other people with a managing/leading role in Agile and Lean organizations.

So, which title is the best?

I honestly can’t choose. Please let me know if you find any of these titles most appealing.
