My Latest Team of Chefs
A while ago I wrote about the team building exercise I regularly organize.
It comes down to this: I invite some colleagues over for dinner, I give them a couple of recipes, I show them how the kitchen works, and I let them cook for me.
Well, 2 weeks ago it happened again. I didn't feel like cooking, so I invited some colleagues. And gave them some recipes from Jamie's Italy…
"Does anybody know where the oranges go?"
"No, squeeze the lemon, not the zucchini…"
If only their code was as orderly as this…
"Fennel? What the hell is that?"
"If you ruin the pasta, I kill you."
What they did to my cooker…
"If we add the anchovis now, would it explode?"
Great food. Great company. And no casualties this time…
