New column in The Software Practitioner

This week Robert L. Glass, writer of a number of great books, like Facts and Falacies of Software Engineering and Software Creativity 2.0, invited me to write up a regular column for his bi-monthly newsletter, The Software Practitioner. Naturally, I’m very excited about this opportunity! It also means that I will have to spend some effort thinking before writing. Because, from now on, there are some people who might actually read what I wrote.

Bob suggested that my column could be named "Dutch Treat". I think, given the style of my writing, the title "Double Dutch" might have been applicable too. But we fear that some people wouldn’t see the irony behind it. So, "Dutch Treat" it will be. Readers of The Software Practition can expect my first column to appear in the May/June edition.
