This week I did a presentation at SPA 2009 and Skills Matter in London. (And I did the same one last week for Agile Holland.) Just like my previous presentation, The Zen of Scrum, this one has a lot of great visuals, and (almost) no boring bullet points.

If you didn't see me perform, you may have a little trouble understanding some of the slides. Though I'm sure you will understand the general idea.
